Who we are
JandyLucho Marketing and Media is a drone, photo and video business based in Grand Ridge, Florida, serving North Florida. You can reach us anytime at jandylucho@gmail.com or (305) 316-0794.
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through our quote form: your name, email, phone number (optional), and your project details. That's it — there are no accounts, no newsletters, and no purchases on this site.
How we use it
We use your form submission for exactly one thing: responding to your inquiry and scoping your project. We never sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. If you hire us, we keep your contact details for normal business records (invoices, delivery of your files).
Services this site relies on
A few third-party services make the site work, and each may process limited technical data (like your IP address) under its own privacy policy:
- Formspree — delivers your quote-form submission to our email.
- Featurable — displays our Google reviews on the reviews page and the homepage.
- Hostinger — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type) for security.
- Google Analytics — tells us which pages get visited and which buttons get used, so we know what's working. GA4 does not log or store IP addresses.
This site runs no advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Links to our YouTube, Instagram and Google profiles take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (names starting with _ga) so it can tell returning visitors from new ones. We set no other marketing or tracking cookies; anything else comes from the third-party services above doing their basic jobs. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings — the site works fine without them.
Learning Center progress
Our free Drone Pilot Academy saves your lesson progress and practice scores in your browser's local storage, on your device only — we never receive or see it, and it contains no personal information. Clearing your browser data resets it.
