Terms of use
By using jandylucho.com — including the free Learning Center and Drone Pilot Academy — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with something here, the fix is simple: don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version number and effective date at the top of this page will always tell you what's current.
Educational content — independent, no guarantees
The Learning Center is independently created by JandyLucho Marketing and Media for educational purposes. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any testing vendor. Always refer to official FAA publications for current regulations and requirements.
Our lessons and practice questions are study aids, not official training, and not legal advice. Regulations, fees, and procedures change — we date and review our content, but you are responsible for confirming current rules at faa.gov before you fly or test. We make no promises about exam outcomes: completing our course or scoring well on our practice questions does not guarantee you will pass the FAA knowledge test. Every flight decision remains the pilot in command's responsibility under 14 CFR Part 107.

Everything original on this site — lessons, practice questions and their explanations, articles, diagrams, photography, video, and design — is © JandyLucho Marketing and Media, all rights reserved. Two exceptions: FAA sectional chart excerpts are U.S. government works in the public domain (and are clearly labeled as FAA charts), and our self-hosted fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License (see the credits below).
What you can do: use the Learning Center freely for your own study, share links to any page, and quote brief excerpts with credit and a link. What you can't do without written permission: republish our lessons or question bank anywhere else, scrape or bulk-download the content, use it in a paid course or product, or present it as your own. Want to license something or use our content in your classroom? Just ask — jandylucho@gmail.com.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The site and the Learning Center are provided "as is," free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JandyLucho Marketing and Media is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site's content — including exam results, regulatory outcomes, or decisions made while operating an aircraft.
Cookies & your data
Everything about the data this site does and doesn't collect — the quote form, Google Analytics, cookies, and the Academy's on-device progress storage — lives in our privacy policy.
Font & asset credits
Anton, Archivo, and Space Mono are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and self-hosted on our servers. FAA sectional chart excerpts come from the FAA's public VFR raster charts. All other imagery is our own work.
Changes to this page
