Mexico Beach Vacation Rental, Real Estate & Drone Media

No condo towers, no high-rise skyline. Mexico Beach is a low-rise, Old-Florida town of beach houses that has rebuilt itself street by street since Hurricane Michael — and its newer homes deserve media that sells the quiet. Mexico Beach vacation rental and real estate photography, drone aerials and rebuild progress video. We come to you.

The comeback town

Mexico Beach took Hurricane Michael nearly head-on in October 2018. What has grown back is unlike anywhere else on this coast: a small Gulf-front town on US-98 where new construction is part of daily life, the pier's replacement is funded and moving toward construction, and the rentals are houses — not high-rise towers. Travelers who book here choose that on purpose: a driveway and a grill, a canal out back, sand a short walk from the porch. Mexico Beach vacation rental and real estate photography has one job — prove your property delivers exactly that.

Shooting a beach house is a different craft than shooting a condo tower. These homes sell on character and proximity — the porch light at dusk, the boardwalk over the dunes, an aerial that fits the roofline and the Gulf into one frame. We build every shoot around those proof points instead of running a generic checklist.

Beach house rentals that get booked

Most Mexico Beach rentals live on Airbnb and Vrbo, where the cover photo does the selling before anyone reads a word. Our vacation rental photography and video pairs bright, honest interiors with a twilight exterior — warm windows against a violet sky — that makes a rebuilt house feel like somebody's favorite week of the year. Listing shoots come with next-day delivery: photographed Tuesday, earning bookings Wednesday. We can also cut vertical clips from the same visit, so owners have social content running between stays. We also put together a practical walkthrough on improving your Mexico Beach Airbnb listing photos.

New homes deserve a real launch

Much of what lists here is newer construction — homes finished since the storm, many of them canal-side. Our real estate photography and videography gives those listings full photo sets and walkthrough video, while our drone and aerial photography answers the first question every buyer asks: how close is the sand? One frame shot from over the water, looking back at the house, settles it. On airspace: Tyndall AFB sits to the west, so we plan flights and secure FAA authorization where required — your shoot stays legal and on schedule. We flew this coastline most recently at sunset on July 28, 2026 — the photos are in our portfolio, and the notes from that flight are in Mexico Beach from a couple hundred feet. Here's that evening — the whole town at sunset, straight off the drone:

The rebuild is still underway

Drive through town and you'll pass framing crews working next to finished homes. Our construction drone progress video is built to document that work month by month — aerial flyovers, milestone stills and short edited updates for out-of-state owners, all with fast turnaround. And for the restaurants, shops and charters serving the town's next chapter, our small business media covers brand photo, video and social content.

We work this whole stretch of coast — Mexico Beach, St. Joe Beach, and down to Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas — as part of our coastal media services. Home base is Grand Ridge, a little over an hour inland, and we come to you.

Yes — when the pilot holds the right certificate. Jandy is an FAA-certified drone pilot (Part 107), and because Tyndall AFB airspace sits to the west of town, we plan each flight and secure FAA authorization where required. We're also fully insured, with a COI available on request.

Every shoot is scoped per project — a Gulf-front house with twilight exteriors, drone and video is a different job than a refresh on a canal-side cottage. Tell us the property and what the listing needs, and we'll send a free quote with everything spelled out.

Yes — we're based in Grand Ridge, a little over an hour inland, and we come to you. We shoot at your property, whether it sits on the beach side of US-98, backs up to a canal or is still under construction.

For vacation rental and real estate listings, next-day delivery is the standard — a house photographed today can be live on Airbnb, Vrbo or the MLS tomorrow. If you're racing the start of booking season, tell us your deadline and we'll build the shoot around it.

Yes. Our drone progress video records a build month by month — aerial flyovers, milestone stills and short edited updates that keep out-of-state owners in the loop. Turnaround is fast, and the finished footage doubles as marketing once the home is done.
